The very large kitchen dining room (45m2) is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and refrigerator/freezer. 1 double bedroom with private balcony and breathtaking view and a second sunny double bedroom together share a luxurious marble bathroom with bath/shower and bidet. 1 bedroom with a double bed has an adjoining bathroom with shower. Cantina (140m2)

The spectacular cantina lies 20 meters from the main villa. This underground cave-like structure has an arched bricked ceiling. The cantina has a dining room 70m2 with adjoining professional kitchen (65m2). The dining room has a six meter long table which can seat 24 people and includes a wine cellar, large fireplace, guest toilet, E-mail facilities and CD/stereo installation. Adjacent to the dining room is a professional kitchen equipped for cooking for large groups with oven, pantry, dishwasher, refrigerators and freezers. We have a breakfast and cooking service on request which can be served in the cantina. We also offer a two hours pizza cooking course or a afternoon Italian cookery course. Double doors open out from the kitchen and dining room onto a terrace which can also be used for dining and includes a professional outside pizza oven.
