Accommodation

The villa is divided into three apartments. All apartments have been tastefully furnished. Living rooms have fireplaces and all lead out to private large terraces or a balcony (first floor) with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. All kitchens are fully equipped and include a dishwasher, refrigerator and stove. All apartments have central underfloor heating and double glazed windows. The typically thick Tuscan walls with the addition of modern insulation ensure comfortable rooms in both summer and winter. All bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms and all apartments have TV with satellite.

Castagna 6+6 (250m2)

First floor apartment has a spacious living room (70m2) with magnificent fireplace and double doors opening onto balcony with a panoramic view. The very large kitchen dining room (45m2) is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and refrigerator/freezer. 1 double bedroom with private balcony and breathtaking view and a second sunny double bedroom together share a luxurious marble bathroom with bath/shower and bidet. 1 bedroom with a double bed has an adjoining bathroom with shower. The second floor (the attic) has been divided into 3 simple loft bedrooms each with two single beds - ideal for children and includes a washbasin. Ground floor apartment consists of a living room (44m2) with fully equipped open kitchen. Living room includes fireplace and a fold out couch bed for 2 persons. 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedded bedroom each with their own marble bathroom with shower en-suite. Noce 4+2 (90m2)

Ground floor apartment consists of a living room (38m2) with fully equipped open kitchen. Living room includes fireplace and a fold out couch bed for 2 persons. 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedded bedroom each with their own marble bathroom with shower en-suite. Cantina (140m2)

The spectacular cantina lies 20 meters from the main villa. This underground cave-like structure has an arched bricked ceiling. The cantina has a dining room 70m2 with adjoining professional kitchen (65m2). The dining room has a six meter long table which can seat 24 people and includes a wine cellar, large fireplace, guest toilet, E-mail facilities and CD/stereo installation. Adjacent to the dining room is a professional kitchen equipped for cooking for large groups with oven, pantry, dishwasher, refrigerators and freezers. We have a breakfast and cooking service on request which can be served in the cantina. We also offer a two hours pizza cooking course or a afternoon Italian cookery course. Double doors open out from the kitchen and dining room onto a terrace which can also be used for dining and includes a professional outside pizza oven.
